If you are a home owner but do not pay mortgage interest, then you do not claim mortgage interest on your taxes.

Utilities are never deductible on a home used as a residence.

But you can still claim property taxes paid up to the maximum permitted..  As for utilities, a few states have a Home Heating Credit or something similar on the state return. If yours does, it will be covered during the state interview.
