In TurboTax, the information about medical expenses will be input in the medical expense section.  To get there, you first go to the Federal tab, then to Deductions and Credits.

If you are asking about what IRS form medical expenses go on, it is IRS Form Schedule A.  This is the form itemized deductions are calculated on.  Medical expenses are considered itemized deductions.
