What form do i use if i am permanently and totally disabled
You will still use form 1040. You may be eligible for a disability credit which is claimed by completing a schedule R. TurboTax will assist with this as you answer the interview questions.
1. Click on the "deductions & credits' tab at the top of the page
2. Scroll down to "other deductions and credits"
3. Select "show more"
4. "Start/revist" the "elderly or disabled credit"
