What does "the amount of property tax paid that was not on your principal residence" mean?

I am trying to finish my state tax and I enter the amount of property tax I paid. Then, it asks this question. I don't own any other property, so I have no idea what this means. I put 0. But it keeps bouncing me back to this page to review.

The software does not like zeros. Try leaving that line blank.
