What do i put as my state of residence as of dec 31 2016 Illinois or Foreign?

I worked and lived in Illinois until July 2016 and then moved to New Zealand and have been living in New Zealand as of december 31,2016 so would i put foreign down i am very confused

Your state of residence refers to where you live at the end of the tax year. If you live in New Zealand, it would be "foreign."

I am a non-resident with S-Corp income only in the state of KY. Where can I get Form KNOL and enter a NOL from prior year's losses on my KY Form 740-NP?
