We started a very small business last year but only made $267 for 2018. we had a lot of start up expenses in 2018. we both have full time jobs, what version shd we use?

You should use either TurboTax Self-Employed (online) or TurboTax Home & Business (CD/Download).

You will be able to enter the income and expenses for your business on Schedule C as well as any W-2s, etc. from your full-time jobs.
