We remodeled our home in 2010, hurricane standard doors, windows, and roof. We haven't ever claimed our Energy tax benefits. Can I do it now? Taxes 2019?

No, you can only claim the energy improvements credit in the year paid.

It's also too late to do a amended return for the 2010 tax year. You have 3 years from the date you filed your return or 2 years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment and get a refund.
