We received a 2018 child care grant ($100) & my husband set aside add'l money through a dependent care pre-tax FSA. Can we therefore claim any credit thru Turbotax or no?

No, if your childcare was paid by the FSA and a grant, you cannot take an additional Child Care Credit.
