Unfortunately, No.

The federal tax credit for qualified energy-saving home improvements expired in 2016 and is no longer available for 2017, with two exceptions: solar water heaters and solar energy systems. You can still get credits for these on your federal taxes.

Tip: Many state governments, local municipalities, and utility companies offer non-tax-related incentives or rebates for energy- or water-saving home improvements. An online search will reveal what your state or locality has to offer. For example, a homeowner in Colorado who is considering water-saving home improvements might search for "Colorado water rebate" or "Denver low-flow toilet."
