We built a new house in 2016. Can I claim any of the windows, doors, furnace, AC if they're all energy efficient?

No, you cannot claim these expenses for a newly constructed home. 

Note: The credit for qualified solar electric property, solar water heating property, small wind energy property, geothermal heat pump property, and fuel cell property is available for both existing and newly constructed homes.
