Was the tax VA Funding fee/mortgage insurance deduction reinstated in Feb 2018 for loans originated in 2017? Why don't I see an impact on my taxes?

I've entered the amount on the program, but see no difference in the tax due.

Until the total of all of your itemized deductions on SCH A exceed your standard deduction, the itemized deductions have no impact on your tax liability.
