Was not eligible for Earned Income Credit. How do I take it off my 1040EZ?

You say you are not eligible for EIC.  Is there something on line 8a of your 1040EZ?
 You can preview the Form 1040 at any time
Click on My Account at the top of the program screen.
Click on Tools.  
Click on View Tax Summary.  
Click on Preview my 1040
