Waiver of Repayment of Excess Premium Tax Credits Provision American Rescue Act

Section 9662 of the American Rescue Plan Act temporarily pauses the repayment of excess advance premium tax credits for 2020 overpayments only. Do we have a date of this being updated in TT? IRS site still says pending further information.

It depends. since it is still pending with IRS, we have no current updates to report at this time. We do have this IRS link, which is the latest update they have reported.
