Used my personal vehicle for 1099 work in 2025. Logged miles driven for said but TOTAL miles driven is only approximate (estimated based on statements). Acceptable?

I wasn't aware (as this is my first time filing as a 1099) i needed to log total miles (business as well as personal). I kept a steady log for work purposes, but for total miles driven (business/personal) I came across car service statements for early December 2024 and for the first week of 2026. Knowing where I had been for work during these periods and having obtained billing (bank/credit card), I was able to estimate mileage based on distance travelled to/from places where expenses took place (largely grocery runs) in an effort to determine approximate odometer readings to start and end 2025. Is this type of estimate acceptable when filling out my return or will I need to discount these (which was really stink considering the thousands of miles driven for work)?

The important part is that you logged your business miles. An estimate of total mileage is fine.

That's the reply I was hoping for for. Thank you kindly.
