Until I got a car, I used Uber's to get to and from everywhere for my photography business. How do I mark those on my tax return & get deductions for them?

Since the 'travel' expense category is meant to be for expenses related to business travel out of town, you could enter your Uber expenses in the Other Miscellaneous Expense category where you can enter your own description for the expense and the amount that you spent.
