On my 1098 mortgage interest statement form box 2 is $0, but turbotax will not let me enter $0, states "must have a value". How can I get turbotax to accept $0?

Unfortunately, some lenders do not fill in that information on Form 1098.  You will need to enter that amount in order to continue. You can obtain that amount from your 2018 year-end monthly mortgage statement from your lender, or contact the lender directly and ask them for that amount.
