Can I deduct the cost of IVF (i.e., egg retrieval) & prescriptions that I pay for someone else to donate their eggs (i.e., egg donation) to me so that I may have a child?

Unfortunately, no. You cant deduct the costs associated with the donated eggs because they wouldnt be considered your medical expenses. Please refer to bwa's answer below for additional information and clarification.
