Under which section of medical expenses would I indicate drugs and asthma medication taken during hospital stay?

If the expenses are included in your bill from the hospital, you can include the total amount in the Medical facility fees. It won't make any difference in your taxes. 

If the prescriptions are billed separately or you prefer to separate out the prescriptions from the hospital bill, enter them in the Prescription expenses section. The result on your taxes should be the same.
