Unavailability of ITIN Number for my child

We are new in US and 2024 is my first year to file tax returns , my dependent child who is 8 years old does not have SSN , I have learned that we need to apply for ITIN for her . Our appointment is on 25th of Mar 2025 and IRS is asking to declare tax forms manually with the W-7 form .I have purchased turbo tax software , in this case how do I get manual federal and state tax return files to be filled manually or is there a way to fill in turbo tax and then print it and provide to IRS office ?

When did you arrive in the US?  Are you considered a Resident or Non-Resident Alien based on the Substantial Presence Test or the Green card Test? Or are you a Dual Status Alien? 

 If you are a Resident, then yes, you can use TurboTax to fill out the return and then print the return by selecting print my return at the end instead of e-file.  Nothing is done differently for filling it out when going to print than e-file, other than the final steps at the end. 

 You would need to go here to fill out and print the W-7 separately.

If you are a dual status alien, then you would fill out your resident part of the return using TurboTax, then the non- resident part can be done through our partner Sprintax.com.  You can also use them to file your 1040NR if you were a non-resident alien for the entire year.
