Two Letter 6475 - one for each - my husband and I

My husband and I each got a Letter 6475 with the same total on it. Do I add them together before putting it into the system? The software doesn't ask who got the letter, just how much it is. So, I don't know if we got duplicate letters, or I am supposed to total them together and then put that total into the software.

Enter the total.  You each got a letter for half.  You should double check your bank statements to see if you got the full amount.
