If you have entered all of your mortgage interest into TurboTax and it is not using it to compare your standard deduction to your itemized deductions try going out of the program and clear your cache and cookies. If this does not help, try previewing your tax return forms to make sure your mortgage interest has been entered correctly. Check your Form 1098 and your Schedule A to make sure they look complete. Also go back through your mortgage interest screens to make sure you answered everything correctly especially if you had multiple 1098's or a HELOC. You can get to your mortgage interest screens by typing "1098" in the search box at the top right of your TurboTax screen and click on the link "Jump to 1098".
