Maybe you are getting a $500 Other Dependent Credit? This isn't a child care credit but a family credit for dependents that do not qualify for the Child Tax Credit.

As noted, there is a new $500 Other Dependent Credit that is part of the tax reform changes of 2018 for dependents that do not qualify for the Child Tax Credit.
