All of the medical deductions end up as one number, so you could enter the prescriptions on another page of the medical deductions. The categories are mostly for the taxpayer's convenience.
However..as a followup....if you are seeing a "$0" in a field, and not a simple "$"...then it could be this desktop BUG:

There is an error in the program. You can enter all the data but it does not get to the worksheet to be included as a deduction
You should start a NEW entirely separate question about this if you want help with it, or want someone to investigate to see if it truly a software problem....or maybe an entry error, or maybe looking in the wrong place misdirection?
Describe:
1) Online or Desktop software?
2) and what version...Deluxe? Premier?
3) exactly What section are you entering the $$ in? and about how much?
4) MFJ, MFS, Single, HOH ?
5) Approx AGI entered so far ?
