Turbo Tax says that my self employed medical premiums are deducted from my self employed income. I don't see it as such.

The income I entered is the same despite the medical premium I entered. the schedule C does not show medical insurance.

Turbo Tax says that my self employed medical premiums are deducted from my self employed income. I don't see it as such.

The health care insurance premiums paid when self-employed are not a business expense.  They are entered on the Form 1040 Line 29 as an Adjustment to Income reducing the Adjusted Gross Income.
