@towers-michelle sounds like the child is not entered properly. Delete the child and re-enter. is the birth date correct? for some reason TT isn't "seeing" your child or thinks your child is over 18 years old.
Thank you so very much for that info I did it and it worked been 4 days trying to fix it.. Even though all the info was correct I delete it then input the info and it worked.. You saved me there now my refund is double what it was before.. Thank you from this single struggling mom,.......
I’ve been having a similar issue except it’s been saying I have NO income. Even asking the chat bot it will say “you don’t qualify because you have no income” … once I replied “I do have income” and then the bot literally told me exactly the income I reported… Something is messed up with their program or something. This will be my 7th year filing with TurboTax and I’ve never had issues like this! I scrapped all my progress and am going to start over so hopefully that works.
