Turbo Tax Premier seems to have a bug in the property tax deduction section. How can I erase a blue zero 0.00 that doesn't allow me to enter my 2017 property taxes?

In the 2017 deductions and credits section- mortgage interest, I entered zero. Then, I clicked property taxes "learn more" and found a blue zero 0.00 that doesn't allow me to enter my property taxes or do anything. I'm stuck and can't erase the zero value even when I turn my computer off or logged out of the program.

It's not a bug, the different colors all mean something unique.  See this guide for clarification:
