Turbo tax error with State return

Turbo tax did not transfer my itemized deductions from my federal return to my AZ State return, so I did not get a refund for my medical expenses last year from the state of Arizona, and unfortunately I just noticed this.

They filed both federal and state with standard deductions. I was told to switch the Federal return to itemized and then the program would automatically transfer the info to the State return, which I did, but TT did not transfer the items to the State return. The federal return looks right under standard deductions, but the state is wrong.

Can this be fixed and if so how?
