TT will not allow an entry on the property tax line

The line for property tax is pre-filled with $0 and I cannot change it to my actual property tax.

I removed your attached file, just in case it had any personal info in this public Internet forum.   It's not needed.  We understand what you are experiencing.  See the Answer below on how to work around this.

The frozen $0 entry is likely due to an underlying "Supporting Details" that transferred in from your 2017 return, and since that functionality is not present for 2018, it creates the frozen box.

Try double-clicking on the $0 box to see it that brings up the details box, then proceed as explained in this other thread:
