To be able to file the Form 1116, you will need at least the Deluxe Edition. The other information you provided is also included in the Deluxe Edition. You can see which forms are available on which version by going to this website: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/deluxe.jsp and navigating to the "Tax Forms" tab. You can also start your return from there.
