In ItsDeductible, how is a raincoat valued?

In ItsDeductible under Clothing "Outerwear", there are values for "Winter Coats" and "Jackets" but nothing for Raincoats.  So how do I put a value on our donation of raincoats?

To add a new item to Itsdeductible, enter the item. If itsdeductible can't find it you are asked to add it.  If you add it, you need to establish the fair market value yourself.
