This tax preparation is for my girlfriend she cannot find her medical payment information what she paid for premiums because she's on mass health So what does she do now

We know what she paid because we have tgat info on our checking account but we don't  know tge leagal name any of there numbers ect.....

Are you looking to report the premiums paid to a health insurance provider that participates in the Affordable Care Act? If so, you will receive a Form 1095-A in the mail that documents this information. When you receive this form, follow the below instructions to enter it in TurboTax Online:

1. Click on the Federal and then the Health Insurance tab at the top.
2. Answer the questions about your health coverage.
3. Select Yes, "Was anyone enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2019?" to enter your 1095-A form.
4. On the That’s all we need on your 2019 coverage screen, click Done with Health.
