Income >$5,000 but home deduct disallowed

Turbo Tax is disallowing home office deduction stating net profit is zero or less, but Schedule C says it's >$5,000.  What's wrong?

Income >$5,000 but home deduct disallowed

There are business income limitations to the amount of Home Office Deduction you are allowed to claim on your return.

You may be able to carry over the amount you could not claim to next year, however.
