The Residential Energy Credit is not populating correctly

Hi,

I see this problem is not unique to me. My TurboTax Home and Business is not filling out Form 5695 correctly. I followed instructions on deleting it to start again and get the same result over and over. From what I see there are no checks in Boxes 21a or 21b even though they should be checked 'yes' based on the information I provided. Can you help?
