No, if the Property tax you paid in November was refunded by your Mortgage Company into your Escrow account, then you cannot take the property tax deduction this year.  

You will be able to take the deduction for the property taxes in the year that money in your escrow account is used to pay your property taxes (as long as you are not reimbursed).

No, if the Property tax you paid in November was refunded by your Mortgage Company into your Escrow account, then you cannot take the property tax deduction this year.  

You will be able to take the deduction for the property taxes in the year that money in your escrow account is used to pay your property taxes (as long as you are not reimbursed).
