You told the program that you DID sell it, weather you realize it or not. It's apparent you did *something* with the vehicle in 2019. My guess would be that you selected the option for "I stopped using this vehicle in 2019", If you selected that option, then you would have been presented a screen titled "Special handling required?". If you selected NO on that screen, then you sold the vehicle and the program will insist that you enter sales data and will not let you e-file until you enter sales data, or go back and change "Special handling required?" to YES.
Thank you for the response. I did go back previously to the questions about whether I started or stopped working in 2019 and answered appropriately. I neither started nor ended in 2019. It still keeps on asking for that date. Somehow it is not responding to the answer. I also do not remember seeing the pop up screen you mentioned., special handling requires” I am a first time user.
This is my 10th year using this and I am running in to the same issue eljovaz. Did you figure out what the issue is?
I got on the phone with a representative and we reentered the info re: the vehicle on schedule c. I was not able to access this on my own. The lady kept tabs of my numbers and deleted the form manually somehow . Then reentered the figures wherever needed.
