The new 2018 standard deduction of $24000 is not included. I'm concerned other possible 2018 benefits are missing as well. When will this be updated?

That deduction starts with the 2018 tax year, not the 2017 returns we are doing now.

Yes, but we have to plan for 2018 now, seems like some kind of worksheet would have been helpful.

Tax year 2017 is the current tax year being filed so the TurboTax software is only for tax year 2017.

The tax code changes for tax year 2018 will be included in the TurboTax software for 2018 when the software is released in mid-November to early December of 2018.
