The IRS is requesting expense info for our 2017 taxes. How do I report the information for these categories: meals & entertainment, business gifts, entire home repairs.

I don’t know what the IRS letter said but I imagine they would want for business gifts and entertainment your receipts, who you entertained or gave the gifts to and how those activities were business related. We’re repairs to equipment related to your business? Show receipts for that as well. If in doubt call the number on your letter for clarification.
