Did you use Form 4684, Casualties and Thefts?

If you have no need for Form 4684 (Casualties & Theft) you may delete it. To delete a form:

• Select Tax Tools, then Tools from the navigation panel on the left.
• Select Delete a Form
• Scroll list for the form you need to delete (Form 4684) 
• Select Delete
