Did you use Form 4684, Casualties and Thefts?

If you have no need for Form 4684 (Casualties & Theft) you may delete it. To delete a form:

Select Tax Tools, then Tools from the navigation panel on the left.
Select Delete a Form
Scroll list for the form you need to delete (Form 4684)
Select Delete
