The file portion is saying I have to upgrade to deluxe because of my HSA account (form 8889). But my HSA is on a 1099-SA form. Whats the difference?

A regular distribution from an HSA, reported on Form 1099-SA by the payer, is required to be reported on your tax return on Form 8889 so that you can specify how much of the distribution was applied to qualified medical expenses. The TurboTax Free Edition does not support Form 8889.
When you enter a Form 1099-SA, TurboTax automatically prepares the required From 8889.
