I'm entering the information for my daycare on the child care deductions and I don't have the EIN but I have the Tax id #. Is that the same or go in different fields.

The EIN(Employer Identification Number) and Tax Identification Number are the same thing. You will enter it into the same field.

This return was rejected by the IRS because a return with the Primary taxpayer's identification number assigned to this return has already been filed.
