How do I enter IT-245 Claim for Volunteer Firefighters' and Ambulance Workers' Tax Credit on TurboTax? Im in Deductions & Credits right now.

I don't see this as an option in TurboTax but I did it last year through on TurboTax with my return

The Deductions & Credits section is for your federal return. The credit you are referring to is for New York state only.

Go to the New York state interview and navigate to the screen entitled "Take a look at New York credits and taxes". Under the subheading "You and your family", click on Start to the right of Active Volunteer Firefighter or Ambulance Worker", and answer the questions presented to you over the next several screens.
