Tax Year Prior to 2020: When entering property taxes, on my 1098 box 10 is blank. However when you go under Disbursement Activity, it lists $ for Property Taxes. Is this the amount I enter?

Yes.  The disbursement amount can be entered there.  It ends up on the same line 6 of Schedule A so it's fine.
