Yes, if they are higher than the Standard Deduction amount for Arizona. 

For 2016, Arizona's Standard Deduction for a single taxpayer or a married taxpayer filing a separate return the amount is $5,099.

For a head of household or a married couple filing a joint return the amount is $10,189.
