State taxes 2022/2023 didn't receive my state both years or my child taxed credits

I been waiting for both state for 2022/2023 it says they were both expected waiting to be mailed out but never sent yet

State taxes 2022/2023 didn't receive my state both years or my child taxed credits

Please check a couple of things.

Be sure you have the correct address on your tax forms.
Confirm that your tax returns were filed and accepted.
You can contact your State Department of Revenue.
