The state of Idaho is saying that TurboTax made a mistake on Idaho Form 40 on lines Line 16 "standard deduction" SUBTRACTED from Line 11 "Total Adjusted Income" SO THAT I WOULD HAVE the same value on both Line 17 and 19. My state return shows a different on line 19 than on both Line 17. by a payment of -$477.00 instead a refund of $400.00 I had a payment of $477.00 that looks to be an issue with the TT State Program.
How do I get this corrected so my Taxes are correct.

The numbers suggest that your filed Idaho Form 40 line 18 shows a Qualified Business Income (QBI) deduction of $15,400 that Idaho disagrees with, increasing your tax liability by $877. The amount on line 18 comes from line 13 of your federal Form 1040.
It sounds like there may be a calculation or form mapping error in TurboTax’s Idaho Form 40. You should contact TurboTax Support and request a state return review — they can check if the form logic needs an update. You can also manually compare your filed return with Idaho’s official Form 40 instructions to confirm how Lines 11, 16, 17, and 19 should calculate.
