Standard mileage deduction was $1129 but it did not change refund. Why?
My standard mileage deduction was $1129.00, but it did not change anything in the Federal Refund window. Why? Thanks

If your mileage deduction was for a job for which you receive a W-2, mileage is an itemized deduction, limited to 2% of your AGI. If it was less, you will not see a deduction.

What if the mileage is related to a 1099MISC and not a W2?
