Sold second home in LA reside in GA. 1099 S states taxable state LA I do have a capital gain. Do I pay any tax in LA? Should I file a LA State return?

Part-year and nonresidents. Individuals must file if they have any Louisiana-source income and are required to file a federal income tax return.
