Sold my primary residence. Do I report it. I had not finish paying it. the home sold for $219,900 and I only received $19,500. What do I put in Selling Price?

What do I put in the Selling Price option. under Sales Info Section  (full price the home sold or or the amount I received. I don't have 1099-S. What about Original Cost under Adjusted Cost Basis section

You do not need to report the sale of your primary residence on your return since you made under the taxable amount as long as you lived there 2 of the last 5 years.

In the event it was not always your main home during the period that you owned it, or if you ever claimed depreciation for a Home Office or renting part of it out, then you DO need to report the sale.

In direct answer to the question, if you report the sale you report the full sales price, not what you actually received.
