Sold my home 6/30/17. Do I enter property taxes for full year assuming the closing statement accounts for the correct amount, or do I enter 6 months worth of taxes paid?

You are responsible for and can deduct the property taxes that apply to the period up to, but not including, the date of closing.  Property taxes covering the date of closing and thereafter are the responsibility of and deductible by the new owner.
