Since I owned two different homes in 2016, do I add together my property taxes and put that value under Your Main Home?

Yes, you could do that.  You could also enter the property taxes paid on your second home in the TurboTax field labeled for other real estate taxes paid, or that you own.

It will all come out the same, in the sense that wherever you input the property taxes paid on both homes, the total eventually will end up, added together, on Form 1040 Schedule A, Line 6.  (TurboTax does this automatically, and this is the form that will be sent to the IRS).
